The master’s scholarship program will equip students with advanced knowledge and skills needed for their professional career, doctoral studies, or academic teaching.

While studying in Europe on scholarship, students will work on innovative ideas and new challenges which will enhance their talent. They will get a chance to participate in international exchange programs during their masters. Scholars will get to meet fellow students, researchers, and professionals from all across the world. During this Europe scholarship , A variety of facilities, such as labs, lecture halls, and technology resources, will be available to students. Only female students with a strong interest in computer science are eligible for the Helmut Veith Stipend Program. Master’s degrees in fields such as “Logic and Computation, Business Informatics, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Media and Human-Centered Computing, Software Engineering and Internet Computing” are available for 2025–2026.

Eligibility Criteria for Helmut Veith Stipend Program in Austria 2025:

  • Applicants should be eligible to get admission in one of the master’s programs in computer science at TU Wien.
  • Applicants who have been admitted to master’s program unconditionally will get funding.
  • This program is only for female students.
  • Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent degree.
  • Applicants must have prior mathematical and technical knowledge.
  • Applicants should have interest in research areas of Helmut Veith.
  • Candidates should have proficiency in English language.
  • Applicants who will receive funding should show good academic progress (obtain at least 25 ECTS credits per term).
  • Participants must achieve a grade average of at most 1.5.
  • Students must live in Austria during their studies.
  • All conditions should be met to get eligible for stipend for up to 2 years.
